All orders to be shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. All order to be processed on the next business day unless we face any challenges which we will announce on our website.

Shipping in the UAE:

We ship all our products in the UAE with our partner Shipa. Shipping is FREE on all purchases over 300AED, orders below 300AED will incur in a flat rate of 25AED. All products are delivered between 2-3 working days in the UAE.

Shipping in the GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain):

All GCC orders are shipped with our global partner DHL. Shipping is FREE on all purchases over 750AED, orders below 750AED will incur in a flat rate of 70AED. All products are delivered between 4-5 working days in the GCC.

Shipping Internationally:

Shipping to the rest of the world is possible, please reach out to us first before placing an order to help you in a better way.

All International orders are shipped with our global partner DHL. Shipping is FREE on all purchases over 950AED, orders below 950AED will incur in a flat rate of 100AED. International delivery between 4-8 working days*.

كل الشحنات سيتم توصيلها عبر شركة شيبا. الشحن مجاني لكل الطلبات بقيمة 300 درهم فما فوق. أما الطلبات أقل سيتم إضافة 25 درهم رسوم شحن محلي.

الشحن إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية، الكويت، عُمان، قطر والبحرين)

كل الشحنات في دول الخليج يتم توصيلها عبر شركة "دي أتش أل". الشحن مجاني لكل الطلبات بقيمة 750 درهم فما فوق. أما الطلبات التي قيمتها أقل سيتم إضافة 70 درهم رسوم شحن سيتم التوصيل فيما بين 4 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

الشحن الدولي متوفر، نقوم بتحديث قائمة الدول بشكل مستمر. من فترة الشحن ما بين 4 إلى 8 أيام عمل.
