Shipping policy

Together with our courier partners, OPTO WATCH CO. wants to ensure that our customers are satisfied. We are strongly committed to deliver within the time frame mentioned below. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to overload of our partners, if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery or if you requested different delivery address after you have placed an order.

All orders to be shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. All order to be processed on the next business day unless we face any challenges which we will announce on our website.

Shipping in the UAE: 

We ship all our products in the UAE with our partner Shipa. Shipping is FREE on all purchases over 300AED, orders below 300AED will incur in a flat rate of 25AED. All products are delivered between 2-3 working days in the UAE.

Shipping in the GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain):

All GCC orders are shipped with our global partner DHL. Shipping is FREE on all purchases over 750AED, orders below 750AED will incur in a flat rate of 60AED. All products are delivered between 4-5 working days in the GCC

Shipping Internationally:

Shipping to the rest of the world is possible, please reach out to us first before placing an order to help you in a better way. International delivery between 5-12 working days*.

  • You'll receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code once the order is processed. If not received in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

  • If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our team will be happy to assist you. If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address might involve a small delay of the delivery.
  • Please be available for your delivery the time and the date you committed to our courier.  We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
  • If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including when you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.
  • Please note the courier will make up to two phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you, and up to three attempts to deliver before your order is cancelled.
