Upgrade your leather watch strap with the OPTO Spring-Loaded Deployant Buckle, designed to offer cleaner and more comfortable alternative to a traditional pin buckle.

Made from 316L stainless steel, the buckle features a fully polished exterior in a classic stainless-steel finish, with subtle OPTO branding on the outer clasp.

Its key feature is the spring-loaded opening mechanism. There are no external push buttons to press. Instead, the internal spring system keeps the buckle securely closed on the wrist and releases with a quick spring-assisted action when opened.

The streamlined construction also helps keep the buckle thinner and less bulky than many conventional deployant clasps, making it comfortable for everyday wear.

Using a deployant buckle can also help reduce repeated bending and wear around the strap holes, helping preserve your leather strap over time.

Please read the fitment information before purchasing.

The 16mm measurement refers to the width of your strap at the buckle end, not the width of the strap at the watch lugs.

For example, a strap may measure 20mm at the watch and taper down to 16mm at the buckle. In this case, the 16mm OPTO Spring-Loaded Deployant Buckle would be the correct size.

Installation

The buckle attaches to the strap using a screw-and-pin system.

Two small screwdrivers are required for installation.
